Custom Process
Are you considering commissioning a bespoke fixture?
Customization is a cornerstone of our design philosophy, allowing us to tailor fixtures to complement interior spaces and integrate with architectural elements. Delve into our meticulous process, which spans from initial inspiration to the final installation
Start your custom journey by contacting sales@rosieli.com to explore a personalized proposal
STEP 1
DISCOVERY
Reach out with custom details, including shape and size for quoting. Share finish selection and inspiration if available. We'll provide a ballpark price range within 3-5 business days.
STEP 2
DESIGN PROPOSAL & APPROVAL
Upon approval of the ballpark quote, we create a comprehensive proposal featuring elevations, fixture renderings, line drawings, and finish choices. Your site elevations or ceiling plans (PDF format, please) aid in providing tailored materials. Mounting and electrical points are approximated at this stage. Allow 2-3 weeks for a full proposal.
After reviewing the proposal, provide feedback. An engineered drawing is crafted for approval, encompassing: dimensions, hang points, load estimates, and other specifications.
Signature approval is required on this drawing. We proceed with minor edits after receiving an order deposit.
STEP 3
PROTOTYPING & ASSEMBLY
We construct the fixture frame using our unique 3D-printed jigs, refining the design through multiple iterations for perfection.
Final metal parts are produced and we fit test the parts before finishing. We assemble after parts return from finishers, meticulously balancing the fixture. Final hanging points are documented and mapped onto a full-scale template.
STEP 4
DELIVERY
The completed fixture is packed and crated. Technical specifications such as mounting instructions, junction box details, and assembly steps are provided. Balance payment is required before shipping. We can assist with installation oversight upon request.
